
Registration for the trips may only be done by e-mail (instructions below), and the registration time will be open from 12:00 (noon CET) Thursday, 26 January. Registration messages sent before that time will not be accepted.
Registration for the each trip will remain open until approximately 10 days prior to the departure of each trip, or until the trip is sold out.
In order to ensure that your registration is successful and that you get a place on the trip of your choice, please make note of the following simple rules for registering.

4. your PASSPORT NUMBER
5. your gender (male or female)
6. your citizenship (according to your valid passport)
7. your place of birth (city and country)
8. passport date of issue in the format dd.mm.yyyy
9. passport date of expiration in the format dd.mm.yyyy
10. your primary e-mail address for trip information (NO hotmail addresses)
11. your secondary e-mail address
12. your TRIP SELECTION (please mention the trip #)
13. the name of the university that you study at in Sweden/Denmark/Norway
14. your complete postal/mailing address in Sweden/Denmark/Norway
15. your telephone number in Sweden/Denmark/Norway (if you have one)
