Passport Return

Each participant on one of the trips will receive their passport back (with the visa stamped into it) on Day Two of their trip, once you have arrived at the Tallink Silja Line ferry terminal in Turku, Finland. Your passports will be distributed to you by your group leader, or drivers as you head east!

If you would like to make other arrangements with Niinimäki Travels to receive your passport back earlier than Day Two of the trip, this is also possible. You have the option of having us send your passport to you by registered mail (10 Euros, 4-5 day delivery time), express mail (15 Euros, 2-3 day delivery time), or EMS courier (approximately 50 Euros, 1-2 day delivery time).

You must make arrangements with us for the early return of your passport by the time of the Paper Work & Payment Meeting at your university.
